I first entered the gym at 30 years old, before then I hadn’t undertaken any exercise since my school years.
However I quickly found my love of exercise which l had previously enjoyed in my younger years.
Within a short time I entered my first Body-fitness competition. I dieted for fourteen weeks to loose all of my body fat and had to show my physique on stage. The first time was the most daunting thing I had ever done in my life (in fact I went to assertiveness classes to overcome my stage fright !)

Within two years I won the UKBFF British Championships and gained my ‘ Pro Status ‘ which earned me the right to compete internationally.
I have only actually competed ten times to date, but I have learnt so much about how my body works and I love the fact that I can pass this information on to others.

I have trained hard and undertaken various diets and training regimes, each time I discovered more about how the body works and responds to the simplest adjustments in nutrition and training methods.

We all know that if you want to lose weight there just aren’t any short cuts!
